Order Processing
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Time
- West Malaysia: 3-5 working days.
- East Malaysia: 5-7 working days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by location and customs regulations.
Tracking Information
- Tracking details are not sent immediately upon order placement.
- Once your order is processed and we receive the tracking details from our shipping partner, we will provide them upon request.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures.
- Courier service disruptions.
- Public holidays, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment and Billing
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa & Mastercard
- FPX (online banking)
- Selected e-wallets
- Atome (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Pricing Accuracy
- Prices listed on our website are correct at the time of publishing but may be subject to change without prior notice.
- In the event of a pricing error due to a system glitch or mispricing, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
Payment Authorization
- Payments must be successfully authorized before order processing.
- If your payment is flagged for potential fraud, our team may request additional verification before proceeding.
Currency & Taxes
- Prices are reflected in the customer’s local currency based on their location.
- SST (Sales & Service Tax) is included in all prices where applicable.
- Taxes, duties, and customs fees vary based on the customer’s location and will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & VOUCHERS POLICY
General Terms
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied to past orders.
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Promotions are only valid for the stated period and cannot be extended.
- Store credit and vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Processing Time
- Please allow 18 working days to process all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Returns & Refunds
- No returns or exchanges for sale items.
- International returns and refunds are accepted, but all costs are borne by the customer.
- Returned item(s) must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer at their own cost.
- Refunds are issued in the form of store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s).
Exchanges
- Please allow 18 working days to process exchanges.
- No returns or exchanges for sale items.
- No exchanges for international orders.
- We offer size exchanges for the same design.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Defective Items
- If an item is found to be defective, we will replace it with a new one.
- If your size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- No exchanges for defective items on international orders, but store credit will be provided.
Return/Exchange Delivery & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items.
- Delivery rates are as follows:
- West Malaysia:
- 0kg – 5kg: RM10
- 5kg – 10kg: RM14.50
- 10kg – 15kg: RM20
- East Malaysia:
- 1st kg: RM11
- Subsequent kg: RM12
- West Malaysia:
- Please allow 5 – 7 working days for returns to reach TresGo.
- Exchange orders will be delivered back to you within 7 – 10 working days after processing.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & PRICING ERRORS
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, system malfunctions, or technical issues.
- Under Malaysian contract law, prices displayed on our website are considered an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. If an incorrect price is displayed due to a system error, we are not obligated to honor the incorrect price.
- If an order is affected by a pricing error, we will inform the customer, cancel the order, and issue a full refund.
- Refunds due to cancellations from pricing errors will be processed within 14 working days, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY
- We respect your privacy and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
- Personal data collected (name, contact info, payment details) will only be used for order processing, customer service, and marketing (if opted in).
- We do not store payment details or share customer information with third parties without consent.
- Customers can request to update or delete their personal data by contacting our customer service.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- For any concerns or disputes, customers are encouraged to contact our support team first.
- We aim to resolve all issues within 5 working days, depending on the nature of the concern.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be escalated in accordance with Malaysian consumer protection laws.
